Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Honecraft app and honecraft.app (together, the "Service"), operated by STACKEDSOLO LLC, an Oregon limited liability company ("Honecraft," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Honecraft (at least 16 if you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland). By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement. If we learn an account belongs to someone who doesn't meet it, we may suspend or delete that account.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account credentials secure. Let us know right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Honecraft offers a free tier (one complete practice a day, full quality, full reveal, unlimited Challenges) and an optional paid tier, Honecraft Studio, billed monthly or annually.

• Prices are shown in the app before you purchase, through the App Store or our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval you agreed to, unless canceled before the renewal date.
• If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, you manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings — the same standard mechanism Apple provides for every app, not a separate flow we control. If you subscribed directly through our website, you can cancel through your account settings or by contacting us.
• Except where required by law or by App Store policy, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
• We may change subscription pricing going forward; we won't change the price of a plan you're already subscribed to without notice before your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

Use Honecraft for its intended purpose: a personal practice in reasoning and judgment. Don't:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, or to harass, abuse, or harm anyone else.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or paywalls, or to access another user's data.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service or its content without our written permission.
• Use automated means to create accounts or generate practice responses at scale.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Your content

You own what you write in Honecraft — your reflections, rationales, and free-text answers. By submitting it, you give us a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you, and to compute the aggregate scores and summaries (like your Mirror) that make the Service work. We don't use your written content to train AI models, and we don't show it to other users, except when you take a specific, separate action to share it yourself (like sending a Challenge).

6. AI-assisted content

Some narrative text you see in the app — for example, the explanatory writing around a Mirror insight — may be drafted with the help of an AI model, based on numbers our own systems compute. No number or score shown to you is generated by an AI model; see our Privacy Policy for more detail.

7. Intellectual property

Honecraft's app, exercises, design, and brand are owned by STACKEDSOLO LLC and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

8. Disclaimer

Honecraft is a practice and reflection tool, not professional advice of any kind — not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result for you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STACKEDSOLO LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $50 if you haven't paid us anything.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or an in-app notice before it takes effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
